I haven’t posted anything in a long time and some of you have asked how am I doing? The answer is pretty simple: I’m on the roll of my career. I was just awarded a summer residency at Haystack Mountain School in Deer Isle, Maine; won an Ohio Arts Council grant for Individual Excellence in Photography; just returned from Photolucida in Portland, Oregon with a number of possibilities for exhibitions and camera workshops; and my cast glass sculpture (my first glass piece ever), “The Thinking Man’s Son” won a third place in Michigan Regional Glass Exhibition.
